Roots Garden

With room for 10-100 people, Roots in our vegetable garden is the perfect setting for a team-building dinner or celebration in an alfresco setting, featuring its own all-weather safari tent situated within the vegetable garden. Enjoy the freshest produce straight from the garden to your plate.

The Tythe Barn

This 17th-century barn is set on the River Mimran, and with its solid oak floor and original barn features, it sets itself aside from those usual meeting spaces you might be used to.

The Riverview

The Millstream Suite

This fully equipped first-floor space has views over the river, wildlife bird sanctuary, and water meadow beyond. Complete with its dedicated balcony terrace and garden, there's plenty of space for work or play here.

The Mimram

Pitches, presentations, and team gatherings - the Mimram is a popular meeting space at our farm. With large windows providing the best views over the River Mimram, it really is no surprise.

The Tewin Room

Complete with all the key features you'll need, our Tewin Room is an ideal option for smaller teams. It can also be used for a syndicate space as part of a larger meeting.

The Meadow Barn

This space provides a blank canvas, meaning you can create whatever on-brand backdrop you fancy. It's the biggest of the lot and is close to our activity field, making it ideal for team-building events or corporate away days.

Green fact:
With 50kW solar panels, the Meadow Barn is one of the most energy-efficient venues in Hertfordshire.

The Stockman

The Stockman is ideal for smaller meetings but definitely doesn't compromise on views. Look out onto the gardens that are directly accessibly from this space - a great option for breakouts.

Kingsbridge House

With a cinema and games room, lounge and dining area, and a whole house that can be made exclusively yours, Kingsbridge House is ideal for corporate retreats.
