• Terms & Conditions of Farm Club Membership
  1. Acceptance: Use of a membership constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein. Members must be over 18.
  2. Farm club Membership: The membership has no cash value and does not guarantee reservation.
  3. Membership Benefit Conditions: All membership benefits are valid only during the membership term and shall automatically expire thereafter.  All benefits are subject to availability, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.  Benefits may only be accessed by the member and upon presentation of their valid membership.  Proof of identification may be required by the hotel team.  Members must always accompany their guests.  Stable Members Hub – access for Farm club members plus up to one guest, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.  One coffee and pastry are included in your membership Monday to Friday for members only. 2 for 1 drinks every Thursday and Friday 5pm to 7pm.  Kingsbridge Picture House – Unlimited access to film screenings for members, plus up to one guest.  Advanced booking via the members portal is essential.  Afternoon Tea – 15% off for members plus up to 3 guests.  Bedrooms – 10% off of rooms Friday and Saturday and 15% off Sunday to Thursday.  Member must stay in the discounted room, prices are based on the standard hotel bed and breakfast rate, bookings can not be made via 3^rd party agencies or via online travel agencies .  Celebration and Meeting rooms – contact farmclub@tewinbury.co.uk for discounted room hire rates. Cookery School – 20% off all classes for the member plus one guest, member must attend the class, bookings via farmclub@tewinbury.co.uk.   4. Black-Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, and Boxing Day unless otherwise stated.
  5. Modifications (Benefit Changes): Participating outlets may cease to honour benefits without prior notice.  Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice.  Wherever possible, members will be kept updated on all such modifications.  Members can also verify participation & benefits by emailing farmclub@tewinbury.co.uk.  On occasion our venues may be closed for private hire or maintenance, we will endeavour to provide arrangements for members where possible.
  6. Cancellation: Cancellation of membership is done via the member web portal or by emailing farmclub@tewinbury.co.uk.  We reserve the right to cancel a Farm Club membership without notice if a member is deemed to have breached their membership terms & conditions, failed to comply with a staff members request or acted in a manner which is likely to negatively impact the hotel or its guests.
  7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the benefits provided to member herein.  In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such protected party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership.
