Local Produce

As our menu is based on seasonal flavours and produce we seldom source from other countries. In fact we make it a policy to source as much produce as possible from local suppliers, and much of our produce comes from within the boundaries of Tewin Bury Farm itself!


Our own produce includes:
 

  • Trout from our own natural spring-water lakes which is used in the restaurant and forms one of our most popular signature dishes

 

  • Herbs grown on-site in our gardens which are used in the restaurant and bar

 

Locally sourced produce includes:

 

  • Free-range Eggs & Chickens from Murdoch's Farm, Bedfordshire

 

  • Dingley Dell Pork, Suffolk

 

  • Lamb from Quantock Hills, Somerset

 

  • Our popular sausages are homemade from our local butcher, Northrops, Cambridge
